zen flow yoga classes

  • move+flow

    move + flow yoga combines yoga flows + movement that helps mobilise + strengthen the body, paired with breath, meditation + mindfulness. Expect a balanced practice of effort + ease with invitational guidance throughout. No prior yoga experience is required. Beginners welcome.

  • move+slow flow

    This practice provides a space to unwind the body+ mind. A combination of low impact stretches, gentle flows, breathing + mindful meditation. Expect slower paced sequences that will restore + nourish the whole body. No prior yoga experience is required. Beginners welcome.

  • deep rest+yoga nidra

    This practice helps nurture your nervous system + bring you into a deep state of rest. Inspired by yin + restorative yoga, we will be typically seated or lying down with the use of props to help the body yield, release + let go. The guided yoga nidra is designed to allow the body + mind to drop into deep feeling of tranquillity + relaxation.

  • pregnancy yoga

    These sessions are currently only offered on a 1-2-1 basis. The sessions are designed for anyone from 12 weeks pregnant through to labour. Pregnancy yoga can help you prepare for a positive + active labour. We will focus on movements to support the body through pregnancy, labour +beyond as well as teaching breath + grounding techniques to support your emotional + mental wellbeing.

  • shake the dust

    A high-energy movement experience that blends HIIT, somatic movement, music, and emotional release. Expect cardio bursts, grounding moments, free movement and powerful playlists designed to help you reconnect with your body, shift stuck energy and feel fully alive. More than just a workout, it’s a space to sweat, release, move freely and come home to yourself.

  • yoga @ the barn

    A mindful and creative morning flow designed to help you move, breathe and reconnect. Blending breathwork, mobility, mindfulness and flowing movement, this welcoming class is accessible for all bodies and experience levels held in the beautiful rustic setting of Lannock Farm Barn.
