My Approach

The Deep Dive Session is a 90-minute, one-to-one space to slow down and explore what’s been sitting beneath the surface. It’s designed for those experiencing anxiety, stress or burnout especially if you’re managing on the outside, but feeling stretched or overwhelmed within.

My approach is gentle, collaborative and trauma-informed. I work with the nervous system to create a sense of safety first, allowing us to explore things in a way that feels manageable and contained. Rather than analysing or pushing for answers, we follow what feels present and ready, supporting your system to move at its own pace.
