Opening to Grace is a beginner-friendly class that invites you to meet yourself exactly where you are. Through the movement practices, we cultivate presence, soften into the moment, and awaken trust in life’s unfolding path.

Flow state is more cardio and intuitive/free movement class (intermediate level) It is a play between form and formlessness, container and spilling out of it.

Rest in movement is an all-levels, down-to-earth “interbeing” class. Fluid and grounding, it weaves slow, restorative, and somatic practices to help you reconnect with presence and ease.
